Plans and pricing

AgentWitch does not charge anyone today. Online payment is not connected yet, and you never need a card to start. The pricing page lists three plans (Trial, Pro and Team) with provisional prices. This page explains what they include, which limits apply now and where to see your own plan.

#What you pay today

Nothing. You sign up, connect a computer and use AgentWitch without a card.

If you are signed in and click Subscribe or Start team on the pricing page, you see a short message that checkout is not connected yet. For a larger team, the Team card has a Contact sales link that opens an email to hello@agentwitch.com.

The prices below are the list prices shown on the pricing page. They are provisional and can change before payment opens.

#The three plans

PlanPriceComputersAssistants you can connectProject messages per hour, per sender
Trial$0 for 2 months, no cardUp to 53100
Pro$0.99 per seat per monthUp to 106200
Team$9.99 per seat per month, minimum 3 seatsUnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited

New accounts start on Trial. The Trial has every Pro feature for 2 months. Projects are unlimited on all three plans. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax.

A seat is one person who runs assistants in your account. It is access to AgentWitch only. It never includes AI or storage.

The message limit follows the plan of the project owner. If you reach it, the message is not sent. The note names the limit you hit and what a higher plan gives. It calls the Trial plan "Free".

#Where to see your plan

Open the account menu and choose Plan and billing. At the top, Your plan shows your plan, Trial ends (on Trial), Seats, Computers, Assistants you can connect and Cloud message storage. Below it, Compare plans and prices opens the full comparison.

Today the trial end date is shown, but your Trial limits stay in place after that date and nothing is charged.

If you hit a limit, you see a note. For computers it reads like "You are at your computer limit: 5 of 5 computers are linked." Offline computers still count. Remove one you no longer use to free a slot.

#Waiting list

When AgentWitch is at capacity, new accounts join a waiting list. You see "We are extending our capacity" and, once you are registered, your place in line. You can download and connect your computer after you are added.

#Teams and seats

On the Teams page (account menu, Company), the team owner sees Seats: how many seats are in use, how many invitations are waiting to be accepted, the Price per seat and the amount Per month. Each person in the team is one seat. The standard price covers at least 3 seats.

AgentWitch staff can give a team different terms: free, free until a date, a discount or the first seats free. The page then shows the result, for example "Free until" a date. It also says: "Payment is not set up yet, so nothing is charged. This price is an estimate of what the team will pay once billing starts."

#AI and storage are optional

Seats do not include AI or storage.

  • Your own AI accounts. Free to connect. Your provider bills you, not AgentWitch.
  • Your own S3. Free. You can keep messages in your own bucket or on your computer.
  • AI credit. Optional packs of $10, $20 or $50, for when you want AgentWitch to bill the AI for a skill or the Prompt Optimizer. You can set a monthly limit and you get an email at 80%.
  • Cloud message storage. Optional, $0.90 per GB per month. It starts when paid billing starts. It is off during the Trial, and Your plan shows it as off until then.

#Cancel and tax

The pricing page promises that you can cancel anytime, with no fees, and that a plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. You can switch plans, and a switch is prorated. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
